Manjushree Finance Limited (MFL) is the NRB (Nepal Rastra Bank) licensed “C” Class financial institution in Nepal established on 28th Ashwin 2064 (15th October , 2007). Capital structure of MFL is mentioned as Authorized capital 1.36 billion, issued capital and paid up capital is 1.35 billion. The main function of MFL is to deal with financial and monetary transactions i.e. to collect deposits, to provide loans, make investments, Demat services, remittance services and so on. MFL provides remittance services like domestic send and payout domestic and international transactions of IME Remit, Prabhu Money Transfer, Ipay Remit, Western Money, Himal Remit, Hulas Remit, Esewa Money Transfer, Goodwill Remit and City Express.
